Yesterday, 41 Action News toured a local cultivation facility, C4 Pharms. C4 recently completed their first harvest, and are set to continue harvesting every 12 days for the coming weeks

The Vice President of Sales, Brandon Green, says C4 is growing indicas and sativas, but is spending the most time and energy on cultivating hybrid strains.

“A lot of the stuff now is a hybrid mix. There’s a lot of different uses for different plants,” Green explains.

C4 is the only cultivation facility in the Kansas City area this far along in the grow process. They are in the process of building another warehouse that will hold even more plants.

C4 already employs several local folks, but they will soon need to hire 40 more people. Eventually, Green projects, they will expand to 100 employees.
